Dr. Carlanna L. Hendrick

American History

Dr. Hendrick teaches American History, Western Civ, and elective topics on the 50s, 60s and 70s, World War II and Medieval Europe. She also serves as chair of the humanities division. She taught previously at Maryville College in Tennessee, Columbia College and Francis Marion University.

She is the campus sponsor for the Youth in Government program and the History Club. In the January interim, she has taught Codes and Cyphers and assisted in trips to England, France and Italy. Her spare time is devoted to two absolutely adorable granddaughters and the beach.
