Support GSSM

Now is a great time time to support GSSM: we're growing exponentially and need your help to expand our reach throughout the state.

Donating to GSSM is a smart investment. Here’s why:

An investment in GSSM is an investment in South Carolina’s economy.

A highly-motivated and educated workforce stimulates the knowledge economy and entices businesses to move to South Carolina, improving the economic viability of our state.

GSSM is committed to retaining and returning talent to South Carolina.

The majority of GSSM alumni choose to live and work in South Carolina. GSSM has recently developed a program called GSSM Launch, designed to encourage alumni start-ups in SC.

South Carolina businesses benefit from having an exceptional local talent base from which to recruit.

GSSM develops the most talented and intelligent students for an exceptional career path right here in South Carolina. GSSM functions as a talent incubator, preparing today’s students to be tomorrow’s leaders.

GSSM is a national leader and innovator in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) education.

GSSM ranks among the top elite public high schools in the country, year after year. We’re constantly expanding our reach throughout the state, most recently with Accelerate, a virtual program that allows high school students to complete college courses for credit toward an engineering degree.
