Providing Required Test Scores

PSAT, Pre-ACT, SAT, or ACT scores are required for admission consideration to the Residential Program.

Standardized Tests Are Required for the 2026-2027 Application Cycle

Applicants to GSSM's Residential Program must submit at least one (1) PSAT, Pre-ACT, SAT or ACT score report from 2026 for consideration. Test scores are but one factor reviewed for admission.

Scores from before January 2026 will not be considered (ie. 8th grade test scores).

Last test dates that meet the GSSM priority deadline of February 15:
  • Last SAT date: December 5, 2026 (registration deadline is November 20, 2026)
  • Last ACT date: December 12, 2026 (registration deadline is November 6, 2026)

Use GSSM Code 410997 to submit official ACT or SAT scores.

Test Scores for Rolling Admission

Space in each year's entering class is extremely competitive, and students are strongly encouraged to complete their application by the February 15 Priority Deadline. For those students who do NOT complete their application by our priority deadline, their application will only be considered on a space available basis in our Rolling Admissions process.

Last test dates to be considered for GSSM's Rolling Admissions process:
  • Last SAT date: May 1, 2027 (registration deadline is April 16, 2027)
  • Last ACT date: April 10, 2027 (registration deadline is March 5, 2027)

Again, students are STRONGLY encouraged to meet the Priority Deadline for the best chance to be considered for admission.
