Q: What will the daily schedule look like?
A: Each day will run from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Each day will consist of mini technology challenges and the week will end with a Smart Faire.

Q: Do I need to bring food to camp?
A: You will need to bring lunch to camp for Monday-Wednesday. A pizza party will be provided on the final day of camp. We provide snacks and water each day; however, if you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, you should pack a snack with your lunch.
Q: How much does iTEAMS Xtreme: Next Generation cost?
A: The cost is $200 per camper. This includes all instruction, supplies, a t-shirt, snacks and a pizza party on the final day of camp. Each year we offer an early bird discount rate.
Q: What supplies do I need to bring to camp?
A: Nothing! You will be provided with a camp workbook, a writing utensil, and all of the supplies you will need to complete your activities.
Q: What types of technology will I learn?
A: iTEAMS Xtreme: Next Generation will work with Arduino technology, robots, or hame design software.

Q: Should I bring my own electronic devices?
A: The camp supplies all electronic devices necessary. The camp staff cannot guarantee the security of your electronics while at camp. Students may bring cell phones, but we request parents set clear guidelines on use. Cell phones cannot be used during class time. If devices are deemed to be used inappropriately, they will be confiscated and returned to parents at the end of camp.
Q: Is this an overnight camp?
A: No, iTEAMS Xtreme: Next Generation is a day camp. Parents/guardians are required to drop students off in the morning and pick them up at the end of each camp day.
Q: Is financial assistance available?
A: Yes, a limited amount of financial aid is available to residents of South Carolina. It is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Families who are interested in applying must complete the financial assistance section of the program application.
Q: Can I see what my child has been working on all week?
A: Yes! There will be a showcase on Thursday afternoon of each week of camp. You will get an invitation at the beginning of the week.
Q: Can I request to be on a team with my friends?
A: Campers will be assigned to specific instructors. If you happen to be in the same class, yes you can! However, camp is a great time to meet new people and make new friends!
