Responsibilities

 
We are looking for accounting, business, and related majors for our Summer College Intern Program.
 
The successful applicant will work with Accounting management in accomplishing special tasks as assigned. Primary responsibilities will be as follows:
• Assist in variance analysis, preparing journal entries, financial reports and presentations
 
This program offers a dynamic and accelerated work experience that prepares you to compete for entry-level, professional positions upon graduation, and provides you with skill-building work during the summer months of May to August. The program’s goal is to attract, develop, and retain high-potential college students. Upon graduation and after successfully completing the program, you may be eligible for consideration into a SCANA core business.
 
 
Qualifications
 
Students must have completed the first year at a 4-year college or 2-year college (transfer program)
• Degree being pursued must be in a business related field.
• A cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher is required
