Our Charleston office has a unique opportunity for a junior attorney to join the firm’s expanding practice and assume a major role in litigation, including extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Our firm can provide multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities.

Requirements: 

•    Juris Doctor.  Qualified candidates will have graduated in the top 25% of their class from an ABA accredited law school.  During employment, Associates meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
•    Top candidates will possess at least a year of experience in employment litigation or have completed a federal judicial clerkship.   However, recent law school graduates with an interest in labor and employment law will also be considered. For entry level candidates, previous experience in HR or summer experiences with employment law or litigation is preferred.
•    Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
•    Must be licensed to practice in South Carolina.
