Transaction Advisory Services Manager

Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial due diligence assistance to private equity investors and corporate buyers, with the focus on private equity deals.
Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, quality of net assets and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company.
Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, achievability of management’s projections, and indebtedness considerations.
Ability to lead an engagement and manage staff to provide real time feedback and guidance to client to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
Participate in people development and business development efforts.
A minimum of three years of progressive supervisory experience with accounting, advisory, financial audit, or transaction experience. Experience with a focus on financial due diligence preferred. Big 4, National or large regional firm experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Aptitude towards business development.
Experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing junior staff, clients, and/or shareholders towards the successful completion of a project.
Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting issues, mergers and acquisitions or transaction services.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (multi-task). Superior client service focus.
Ability to travel to client locations as required.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
Licensed CPA preferred.
