There are no tuition charges at GSSM, just a meal fee and one-time security deposit. No student will be denied participation in GSSM’s residential program due to inability to pay fees—financial aid is available.Fees and Financial Aid
Dear GSSM Families,
I am writing to inform you that the GSSM Residential program will be moving to Virtual instruction. Virtual classes, which will be delivered live via Zoom, will begin on Tuesday, March 17, on a normal Tuesday class schedule. Virtual instruction will continue until further notice. Students are expected to access Zoom during regular scheduled on-campus class times and are required to check their GSSM email frequently for direct communication from instructors.
We are working with students who indicated they may not have sufficient internet access and/or laptops. If you have concerns around these areas, please feel free to reach out to Mr. Jon Shannon at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Mr. Dorsel will also be sending out additional information about what Virtual classes mean and how to help your student.
We ask that all students be picked up by Sunday at 6 PM. Students will need to bring home all the necessary materials required to participate in the virtual learning environment. Students who are currently on weekend leave will have until Sunday to return to campus to get their materials.
The decision to move to Virtual instruction was not made lightly. We thank you for trusting us with your child on the campus of GSSM. Please know that all of us here at GSSM take the health and safety of your children very seriously. It is our highest priority, and we will continue to take all measures to ensure our students remain safe and healthy.
