GoSciTech Fees, Payments & Financial Aid

Program Costs

Tuition for each course varies and is noted next to the course schedule. Tuition covers meals, lodging, staffing, and course materials, unless otherwise noted.

Payment Instructions & Deadlines

A non-refundable $200 deposit is required for GoSciTech - Residential upon acceptance.

If you select to pay your deposit by credit card, your card will be charged automatically when your student is accepted. If you select to pay by check or money order, you must submit your deposit payment within two weeks of notification of acceptance.

Payments may be made:
1.    Online with a credit card. Login to the online camp portal gssm.campintouch.com and scroll down to the "Financial Management" link, where you can view and download a bill, manage credit card information and make payments.
2.    By check. Make checks payable to “GSSM,” write the student’s name in the ledger line and mail to GSSM, Summer Camp, 401 Railroad Ave. Hartsville, SC 29550.
3.    All camp fees must be paid in full no later than 3 weeks prior to the start date of camp.

Refunds and Cancellations 

Program fee refunds must be requested in writing before May 15, 2024. If a class is cancelled for any reason, students will be given the option to transfer to another available class or receive a full refund of all tuition paid. All inquiries should be directed to Susan Engelhardt, program director.

Financial Aid

South Carolina families interested in applying for financial aid may do so within the GoSciTech - Residential application. 

Financial aid deadline is April 15, 2024. A limited amount of funds is available, and is awarded on a first-come, first served basis, using a need-based formula. Additional assistance may become available after the deadline, so please check with the camp director if the deadline has passed. 
 
If applying for aid, please upload the first two pages of your 2022 or 2023 1040 tax return (black out any Social Security Numbers). Please make sure the 1040 submitted is claiming the student(s) who are requesting aid.
 
The camp application is not considered complete until the following list of items have been submitted. 
•    Complete online application 
•    1st semester grades (Which includes Q1 & Q2 grades)
•    First two pages of 2022 or 2023 1040 tax return (if applying for aid)
