#GivingTuesday is a national day of giving when people around the world come together and give back in a variety of ways. We are thankful you have chosen to give back to GSSM. This holiday season, we're reflecting on what makes the Governor's School for Science + Mathematics so special as we #GiveThanksForGSSM.
Introducing the Dr. Carlanna Hendrick Student Assistance Fund
Funds raised this year on #GivingTuesday will go toward establishing an endowed fund in honor of Dr. Carlanna Hendrick, a beloved history professor who retired in 2021 after teaching at GSSM for 30 years. This endowed fund will support student assistance.
